Our sessions focus on intentional breathing patterns along with the integration of pranayamas, and rhythmic breathing. Designed to increase awareness of the breath, and harness its power to influence the mind and body. Every session is tailored for each client, supporting their specific needs and intentions.

Cultivating mindfulness and awareness during our sessions, we focus our intentions on allowing the mind and body to find a place of calm, where healing can take place.
